  • Why prophecy is important
  • Biblical principles of prophecy
  • Knowing all Christians can exercise the gift of prophecy

Our Speakers

John & Anne have lived in North London for 35 years, first leading change in a sleepy, liberal & suburban church to see it become a multi-national, multi-congregation charismatic evangelical church with an agenda of community transformation, church planting and missionary sending.

In 2001 John & Anne succeeded David & Mary Pytches as leaders of New Wine and oversaw its development from a summer conference first to a Network of leaders & churches and then to a movement with a vision not only for renewal but church planting and social transformation. Anne was for many years the worship leader of their church and then her main ministry was amongst women in New Wine, envisioning and empowering them for ministry and leadership. John handed over the national leadership of New Wine in 2014, but is still Chair of the NW Board. John & Anne continue to be involved in teaching and training church leaders with New Wine’s DNA, both in the UK and abroad.

John and Anne now help lead a missional congregation meeting in a home in N London, with a vision to start other similar congregation & John is part of a team in the London Diocese overseeing the development of other missional communities as part of its 2020 Vision.
They have 4 adult children & 3 grandchildren, and are thrilled that their children are all serving the Lord in one way or another, including one who is a missionary in Colombia.
