We’re very excited that Summer Club is back for 2026 from Monday 27th July to Friday 31st July (plus a bonus BBQ and session for the whole family on Sunday 2nd August)!
Lutterworth Summer Club is an action-packed holiday club for 5 – 11 year olds run by St Mary’s Church in Lutterworth. With crafts, games, sports, Bible stories, music and drama, we’re bound to have an amazing week together!
The club will run from 9.00am to 12.30pm each day and this year we should be based at Lutterworth High School for the week.
The cost for the whole week is £40 for the first child and £25 for any additional siblings, working out at just £8/£5 per day! All activities and drinks/biscuits are included in the cost. If cost is an issue preventing you from joining us for the week, please discuss this with us as we may be able to help.
We expect to open sign-up for children on Friday 15th May at 5pm. We allocate places on a first-come-first-served basis, so please sign up as soon as possible! If we are currently sold out, please add your name to the waiting list, and we will be in touch if a place becomes available, either through cancellation or if we can increase our capacity for children (dependent on volunteer numbers).
If you have any questions about Summer Club, please get in touch by email (ben.horrex@wycliffefellowship.org) or phone (01455 558797).
Volunteers to join the Summer Club team are also very much appreciated. We can also offer you a free child’s place for your child/grandchild on the days you help if that would enable you to join us.
If you would be willing to help, click on the “Leader Sign Up” button below and we can send you a separate link to sign up your children. We welcome both Adult Leaders (18+) and Junior Team volunteers (for those already in school years 7-13).
We take Safeguarding seriously and make sure that all of our volunteers who work with children have had the appropriate training and recruitment checks needed to keep everyone safe. If you have any concerns, please speak to Sally Rosser, our Safeguarding Co-ordinator (sally.rosser@wycliffefellowship.org) or Ben Horrex, our lead minister for Summer Club (ben.horrex@wycliffefellowship.org).
