Prayer and worship is the foundation of all we do. We normally hold a variety of different services each week, some informal and some more formal. We’d love you to join us. For details of exactly what is going on this week, please visit our calendar.
Sunday @ 11 (Lutterworth)
An informal service every Sunday at 11am at St Mary’s Church in Lutterworth. It includes contemporary music, bible teaching and the opportunity for prayer and response. ‘Treehouse’ activities for children aged 3-11 also run during the service in the church café. Toys, a crèche space and changing facilities are available for the very young. Refreshments are available all morning and we encourage people to stay after the service for fellowship, and to chat and pray if helpful.
9.30am Traditional (Cotesbach and Bitteswell)
Our traditional services of Holy Communion and Morning Prayer will be familiar to those with experience of Church of England services. They include hymns and music led by the organ or keyboard. Alternating between Cotesbach and Bitteswell – Visit our calendar for details.
Wednesday Service (Lutterworth)
We also meet every Wednesday at 10.30am at St Mary’s Lutterworth. This gentle, traditional service of Holy Communion includes prayers, hymns, bible readings and a ‘thought for the day’. Bible readings are taken from the Common Worship Lectionary and follow the church’s year and seasons. Refreshments are served after the service in the café, which provides an opportunity for fellowship.
Other Services
A service of Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) is held at 8am in Lutterworth Church on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
We also have regular evening services, prayer meetings and other services and events.
